Many fans on social media would like to know the daily eating plan for Dr Lodi so we wanted to share it with everyone here.
What Dr Lodi eats depends on where he is on that day. If he is in Thailand, he eats a certain way and if he’s in the US, he eats another way. When he’s in Thailand, he drinks 4 to 5 cups of organic green tea in the morning to start his day. He wakes up and meditates first and then following meditation, he reads and while reading he drinks green tea. That is usually followed by some exercise as well.
In Thailand, every where you walk, there are people selling fresh fruit. It’s really an easy place to stay healthy. No matter what appetite creeps up in you like having a donut or something unhealthy, you can easily divert putting something unhealthy in your mouth with fresh fruit. They are always cutting up fresh papaya or pineapple or durian so there is always a healthy choice.
Dr. Lodi doesn’t not eat in the mornings and choices to fast from 3 hours before he goes to bed the night before until 12:00 noon to 2:00pm of the next day. This is allowing his system to cleanse itself with nothing getting in the way. He usually does have some fresh fruit between 12 noon and 2pm as his first meal.
His main meal is usually around 5pm and he has an incredible salad with everything healthy you can think of in it. The salad typically consists of; broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, red peppers, yellow peppers, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, lots of sprouts and tons of avocado. He doesn’t like salad dressing, so what he does is use avocado and some sea salt and mix up it really well and it turns into a guacamole salad.

The other thing Dr. Lodi likes to eat is assorted raw nuts. What he does is at night before he goes to sleep he takes a handful of cashews, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds and soak them overnight. Rinse them off in the morning and then sprinkle them with sea salt. Then put them in a paper towel in tuperware and wherever you go you have a great snack.
The nuts and seeds are delicious and moist, they’re alive as they’ve been sprouted and they have the energy of the future in them. He eats hem and snack on them througout the day. Now, this is very important for people transitioning to eating raw or if you are coming back to it. If you want to stay on track and continue eating healthy you need to fool yourself.
This means that you need to never become hungry and also never get tired. If you get either tired or hungry, you are going to blow it, it’s just our nature. So, if you have these nuts and seeds to much on then you never really get hungry. Nothing is going to grab you and get you off track of your healthy diet.
What you will notice after you start to eat this way is in the afternoon after you have eaten your salad is that you are full but not you’re not uncomfortable. You actually feel wonderful. The other thing you want to begin to make a daily habit of with your eating plan is to not eat 3 hours before going to sleep.
This helps with proper digestion so when you wake up you are not feeling hungry and also you are cleansing your system at the same time.
